The Kinzir VC80 Removable Battery Cordless Car Vacuum combines vacuuming, compressed-air cleaning and high-speed blowing in one portable device. Its 130,000 RPM brushless motor produces up to 7.5 kPa suction and 65 m/s airflow, while the detachable 8,000 mAh battery provides 15 to 60 minutes of cordless operation.

Designed for car interiors, keyboards, furniture and hard-to-reach gaps, the VC80 works as a handheld car vacuum, electric air duster and mini turbo jet fan. Its user-replaceable battery pack is designed to meet the battery removability and replaceability requirements of Article 11 of the EU Battery Regulation applying from February 18, 2027.

The VC80 combines three cleaning functions in one compact tool:

User-Removable 8,000 mAh Battery

The detachable battery pack contains two high-capacity 4,000 mAh 21700 lithium-ion cells. It can be released and removed by hand without opening the vacuum body.

The swappable battery design allows users to replace an aged battery, carry a spare battery pack or extend the VC80’s working time without replacing the complete appliance.

EU Battery Regulation 2027-Ready Design

The VC80 removable battery system is designed to meet the end-user removability and replaceability requirements of Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542.

The battery pack can be removed without specialized tools, solvents, heat or permanent damage to the appliance. Kinzir can also support EU-market orders with removal instructions, safety information, CE marking, battery identification, batch codes and QR-code labeling.

Up to 7.5 kPa Suction Power

Eight adjustable suction levels provide between 2.5 and 7.5 kPa of vacuum pressure. Users can select lower power for light dust or maximum suction for crumbs, sand and debris in car seats, floor mats, consoles and narrow gaps.

130,000 RPM Brushless Motor

The φ28.8 mm BLDC motor reaches a maximum speed of 130,000 RPM and delivers up to 160W of peak power. The brushless construction reduces mechanical wear while providing stable suction and airflow.

65 m/s High-Speed Airflow

In air-duster and turbo-fan modes, the VC80 produces wind speeds of up to 65 m/s with approximately 190 gf of blowing force. The concentrated airflow removes dust from keyboards, vents, dashboards and other areas that are difficult to vacuum.

Eight Adjustable Power Levels

The VC80 provides eight operating levels for different cleaning tasks. Lower levels extend battery life, while higher levels deliver stronger suction or airflow.

Depending on the selected power level, working time ranges from approximately 15 to 60 minutes.

USB-C Charging

The removable battery supports 5V/3A USB-C charging and takes approximately four hours to recharge fully. It can be charged using a compatible wall adapter, power bank or car charging source.

Transparent Dust Cup

The transparent dust container allows users to monitor collected debris and empty it when necessary. Its compact structure keeps the vacuum lightweight and suitable for storage inside a car.
